For almost thirty years, I have provided professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable care for those who need pain relief, structural integration, relaxation, mind/body support and  a path to healing old wounds and opening new possibilities.  

Evolutionary Astrology
The understanding of astrology has been a balm for me and a guiding star in my life, which as all lives do, has had its share of trauma, angst, confusion, and wandering.  
Herbalism
As a life-long gardener, I know that plants have personalities as well as a loving spirit which wants to help us human beings heal and balance, if they are asked with respect and presence.  
Spiritual Direction
I love working with people within the spiritual realm to refine what they need and want as a spiritual path and to suggest and guide methods and approaches.
